TESTIMONIALS

To say we had the most amazing week at Monkey Hill is a total understatement! Words cannot really describe our experience – it was just fabulous and we’ll definitely be returning. The fabulous housekeeping team, Sonia, Pam and Nikita were just terrific and their detailed hospitality, high level of service and good humour, massively contributed in making our stay unbelievably special. We had the best week ever. If you are looking for an outstanding property in Barbados in that area, I have no hesitation in recommending Monkey Hill.

It’s a great place to stay and the pictures are exactly as it is.

Nice villa in a nice area and the ladies that tend to the house are gems.

Very helpful and thoughtful.

Monkey Hill is a dream come true. We were a family of 13 adults and 3 small children and we had the best week ever! Everyone had their own privacy with large bedrooms and private washrooms but were able to spend the days together by the pool or dining areas. The staff on site are amazing and made arrangements for my Mom’s birthday for us on a daytime private catamaran (highly recommend you do this), hired a steel drum musician for our backyard dinner and picked up a birthday cake for us! The house was spotless every day and the food from our private chef was excellent. Greatest vacation we could have asked for and we can’t wait to come back!

Ocean Heights is a fabulous villa with the most breathtaking views from all three floors. The location is perfect. We enjoyed jumping on the yellow ‘reggae’ buses to explore other parts of the island but coming home to the privacy of the small bay beneath the house was always special. Would hugely recommend the local restaurant on Batts Rock beach, La Cabana for an evening meal. A short walk away from the house and a great vibe for all ages. We enjoyed a catamaran trip on Good Times Too. A gorgeous boat with a fantastic crew. We loved it, and swimming with the turtles was certainly a highlight of our holiday. A huge thanks to Mariquita and Heather who made our stay so very comfortable with the best house keeping and cooking. Such a treat and it’s what makes this accommodation option, on one of the friendliest islands of the Caribbean, hard to beat. Would love to return!

Five star all the way.

Perfect location, we had a great time, felt safe.

Would highly recommend.

The property is in a safe location, with stunning views. It is spotless and the gardens are beautiful. There are amazing beaches and shops within a five minute drive and Bridgetown is only 25 minutes away.

The staff are friendly, helpful and do a fantastic job. We hired cars so we could explore the island but it was also easy to get taxis for nights out. Impossible not to have a wonderful, relaxing holiday!
